iTunes, iPhone, iPad = iTrouble for me

I absolutely love my "i" products!! When working properly they work wonderfully. But I always have problems updating iTunes on my computer. I don't know if it is our computer or what.

Each time I try to update I have this same issue. And I don't know what to do to fix the issue.

Frustrating.
